Returns Policy

All products come with a 12 month warranty guarantee.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus our initial postage cost plus a small returns handling fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week after your item is returned, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

For health and hygine once you remove a product from its packaging and use it for any period we are not able to accept any returns as the products cannot be put back on the shelf for re-sale.
